Job Description
We are working with a rapidly scaling fintech that is redefining how financial institutions verify businesses, manage monitor risk in real time.
Backed by strong funding and already trusted by over 1500 financial institutions, this business sits at the intersection of identity, data, and risk. They are now building out a best-in-class partnerships function to unlock their next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact role with genuine ownership. You will build and scale a partnerships engine from the ground up, working directly with senior leadership and some of the most relevant players in the ecosystem.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical partnerships role.
You will take ownership of the full lifecycle, from sourcing and structuring partnerships through to activation, enablement, and revenue generation. The focus is on building repeatable, scalable growth channels not just maintaining relationships.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive real commercial outcomes through partnerships.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Building and scaling strategic partnerships end to end
- Creating repeatable partner playbooks, GTM motions, and enablement frameworks
- Driving partner sourced pipeline and revenue through co-selling activity
- Embedding into partner ecosystems via events, joint calls, and ongoing engagement
- Owning partner onboarding, activation, and long-term growth strategy
- Managing pipeline, reporting, and partner performance through CRM (HubSpot)
- Acting as a key external representative of the business in the market
What They Are Looking For
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or account growth within fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Strong understanding of how financial institutions evaluate and adopt technology solutions
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build structure from scratch
- Experience driving commercial outcomes through partnerships not just managing relationships
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives
- Comfortable owning pipeline, reporting, and performance metrics

Financials
- Base salary: $160,000 to $200,000 \+ commission (OTE $300,000)
