Are you a Manufacturing Manager who enjoys building manufacturing operations rather than simply maintaining them?

We're partnering with an innovative, highly regulated manufacturer of advanced electrical and electronic products that is entering an exciting period of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape manufacturing strategy, develop scalable production processes, and lead the introduction of new products from concept through to full-scale production.

This isn't a role focused solely on day-to-day production. We're looking for someone who can build, improve and grow manufacturing capability while working closely with engineering to successfully launch new programmes.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering and Production teams.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from design transfer through to full production.
• Develop manufacturing processes, production lines and assembly methods for new programmes.
• Build scalable manufacturing systems that support future business growth.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency and cost reduction.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet stringent quality and regulatory requirements.
• What we're looking for:
• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in manufacturing electrical or electronic products.
• Proven experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes.
• Experience establishing or scaling manufacturing operations and processes.
• Knowledge of highly regulated manufacturing environments such as medical devices, aerospace, defence or similar industries.
• A hands-on leader who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
