Manufacturing Operations Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Manage production operations to ensure KPIs are being met
• Mentor and supervise the Production Supervisors
• Manage budget
• Oversee production schedule and make revisions as necessary
• Utilize problem solving skills to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
• Identify areas of improvement and develop strategy for making improvements.

Requirements include:

• Experience managing production operations
• Proven leadership skills and experience
• Experience working within packaging, paper production, or similar industries
• Strong computer skills
