SUMMARY

: Plans, coordinates, and directs the Company's Quality System to insure compliance to customer’s requirements. Responsible for overseeing the activities of the Quality Department by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves as the Quality Management Representative for the quality system.
• Writes upper and lower level documents as required by the quality system.
• Oversees the development of policies and procedures for conducting department operations.
• Organizes and schedules third party audits pertaining to the quality system.
• Conducts internal audits of the quality system.
• Responds to customer complaints and completes corrective action requests.
• Organizes and leads the Management Review meeting.
• Participates in the supplier evaluation process.
• Formulates and maintains quality objectives and coordinates objectives with production managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Analyzes statistical data and product specifications.
• Directly supervises employees in the Quality Control Department.

Bi-lingual Spanish/English required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's in Engineering degree from four‑year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training.
