About the Company

A well-known global consumer brand is building its India insights studio and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its early market researchers. You will help a brand millions already know understand its customers more deeply. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Market Research Analyst, you will study customers, categories, and competitors, turning surveys, sales data, and field signals into a clear picture of what the market wants next.

Key Responsibilities

Market \& Customer Research

• Design and run surveys, interviews, and secondary research on customers and categories
• Track market size, share, pricing, and competitor activity
• Segment audiences and surface insights on demand and behaviour

Insight \& Reporting

• Build dashboards and reports that brand and marketing teams act on
• Translate data into clear recommendations for positioning and campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in market research, consumer insights, or analytics
• Comfort with survey tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis
• A curious, structured mind with strong storytelling skills
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Nielsen, Kantar, or similar syndicated data
• Familiarity with SPSS, R, or statistical methods
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer brands
