Orangetheory Fitness is looking for an energetic, organized and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Studio Manager. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment, loves building community both online and in-person and is excited to help our studio grow through smart operations and standout content.
What You'll Do
Social Media \& Marketing
- Take the lead on all things social media. Planning creating, posting and engaging across various platforms
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop fresh, engaging content that reflects our brand and community
- Track content performance and adjust strategy based on what resonates with our audience
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates and creative ideas that keep our presence fresh and relevant
Be the main point of contact for all items related to Marketing

Operations \& Team Leadership
- Develop and maintain strong operation procedures and processes to keep the studio running smoothly
- Lead and support the studio staff, helping build a strong motivated team
- Assist the Studio Manager with daily needs from scheduling, to member experience, to problem-solving on the fly
- Help ensure day-to-day operations align with studio standards and business goals
- Cultivate B2B relationships
Plan and execute events

What You Bring
- Proven experience with marketing and social media platforms (content creation, scheduling tools, analytics)
- Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team
- Background in business operations or studio/gym management
- A passion for fitness and wellness
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, PC skills
- The ability to handle multiple priorities
- A creative eye, collaborative spirit and a \"get it done\" attitude
Can work up to 35 hours per week

Requirements
- CPR Certification
- 3\+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel approx. 1 hour away
- + coach certification required for coaching fitness classes
