We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to serve as the analytical engine of our internal team, supporting affiliate marketing and content creator clients. This role is dedicated to transforming raw data from various data sources into clear, actionable stories. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that allows our strategists to optimize and our clients to understand their ROI.

The Role
The Marketing Data Analyst will be a member of our fast-growing team specializing in the creator and affiliate economy. You will own the data pipeline, from raw extraction to final client-facing reports. Your work ensures that our strategists have the insights they need to drive performance and that our clients receive professional, transparent recaps of their investments.
Schedule and Availability
- Operating Hours:
To ensure our team is equipped with the latest performance insights at the start of the business day, this role requires a shift of either 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Responsibilities
- Data Extraction:
Pull, aggregate and clean raw performance data from various data sources.
- Dashboard Architecture:
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot automated Google Looker Studio reports for internal and external use.
- Reporting Cycles:
Produce weekly PDF performance snapshots and comprehensive monthly recaps for the entire client portfolio.
- Insight Generation:
Identify and communicate trends, test results, and anomalies to the Strategists to guide account optimizations.
- Data Integrity:
Monitor tracking accuracy across all platforms to ensure reporting remains the "source of truth" for the agency.
Qualifications
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field
- 3\+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analytics.
- Expert knowledge of Google Looker Studio and advanced Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager reporting and e-commerce attribution models.
- Proven ability to synthesize disparate data points into a cohesive narrative.
- Strong time-management skills to handle reporting cadences for 20\+ active accounts.
- Analytical testing mentality to drive optimal results
