Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support and deliver commercially driven and memorable marketing campaigns aligned with the overall strategy of Dubai Golf and wasl Hospitality. The role focuses on growing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving revenue across the business.

This position will primarily support Food \& Beverage operations at Jumeirah Golf Estates (five restaurants), while also contributing to Topgolf Dubai. Office time will be split between JGE and Dubai Golf Marketing’s head office at Emirates Golf Club.

1\. Main Duties:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities for outlets and events, focusing on increasing awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Contribute to brand development by delivering creative, detail-oriented campaigns with strong calls to action.
  • Assist in executing marketing plans and take ownership of daily project management tasks.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), ensuring content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with current trends.
  • Ensure paid social media campaigns are updated with fresh creative assets every 4 weeks across all dining outlets.
  • Develop innovative ideas for activations and promotions while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate closely with F\&B and Events teams to ensure timely communication of campaigns and promotions.
  • Brief artwork requirements to the design team and collaborate on creative development across formats and sizes.
  • Provide support to the Head of Marketing Communications and Marcom Managers as required.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities, including ROI and campaign performance.
  • Manage website updates, outlet promotions, and email marketing communications.
  • Coordinate video and photo shoots across locations.
  • Maintain and update content calendars across all platforms, including monitoring WhatsApp groups for content generation.
  • Attend and support PR events and meetings.
  • Liaise with PR agencies and media to ensure accurate and effective publicity.
  • Manage the social media agency, including conducting bi-weekly performance and budget review meetings.
  • Oversee key F\&B accounts, enhancing brand presence and driving footfall and revenue growth.
  • Submit monthly reports (by the 3rd of each month) covering campaigns, creatives, digital activities, and PR efforts.
  • Maintain and organize the marketing shared drive for assigned business areas.

2\. Qualifications \& Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Internship or initial experience in a similar role.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in hospitality, F\&B, or tourism marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage).
  • Excellent computer and digital marketing skills.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive personality.
