Location:

London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, Brock Street)

Remuneration: £44\.23 Per Hour

Contract: 12 months

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 40 hours per week

Travel: Occasional travel required (e.g., Cyprus)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Business Marketing Manager

to support marketing initiatives for the Gaming vertical across EMEA. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, and execution‑driven marketer who is passionate about the gaming industry and experienced in delivering impactful B2B marketing programs.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to create high‑quality marketing content, events, and programs that engage gaming companies, publishers, advertisers, and performance marketers. This position requires a strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to manage integrated marketing efforts across multiple countries.

About the Role \& Team

You will join the

Gaming Marketing team

, focusing on business marketing and engagement across EMEA. This role supports major strategic initiatives and requires the ability to operate independently, build programs from the ground up, and collaborate across borders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best‑in‑class marketing activity for the EMEA gaming ecosystem, including events, campaigns, programs, training, and content.
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi‑country marketing programs aligned with gaming industry priorities.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives such as written narratives, articles, newsletters, and video/audio series.
  • Create marketing programs designed for digital‑native, growth‑focused companies and performance marketers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and high‑quality execution.
  • Project manage marketing initiatives from ideation through to delivery.
  • Test, measure, optimise, and scale marketing efforts across markets.
  • Innovate and challenge existing processes to elevate impact across EMEA.
  • Support key gaming events, including onsite presence where required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within gaming, tech, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem across EMEA.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business results through marketing in regional markets.
  • Experience marketing to performance marketers, digital‑native companies, and growth‑focused businesses.
  • Tech‑savvy, with the ability to communicate digital marketing concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Strong creativity and proven ability to develop fresh, engaging marketing ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with native or near‑native English fluency.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in growth marketing or performance marketing.
  • Fluency in an additional EMEA language.
