Job Description
Lead the development and execution of ADNOC Distribution’s marketing and brand strategy across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role oversees brand governance, internal and external communications, digital performance, and marketing support for network expansion (DOCO). The role is accountable for delivering measurable improvements in brand awareness, engagement, reputation, and qualified lead generation, while ensuring full compliance with corporate standards, budget discipline, and audit requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Defined and executed the annual KSA brand strategy, localizing corporate guidelines across positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Ensured brand integrity across all touchpoints through governance, audits, approvals, and corrective actions.
- Led development of high‑impact marketing collateral and tracked brand performance through executive‑level metrics and reporting.
- Delivered annual internal communications plans aligned with business priorities, change initiatives, and culture objectives.
- Governed internal channels using a single‑source‑of‑truth model and improved engagement through structured editorial planning and KPI tracking.
- Built and managed integrated KSA marketing plans, including audience strategy, media mix, calendar, and budget.
- Defined and executed digital strategy across web and owned social channels, driving performance through analytics, testing, and continuous optimization.
- Supported network expansion (DOCO) through integrated campaigns, roadshows, and lead‑generation initiatives with funnel performance tracking.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations (Master’s preferred).
Minimum Experience \& Knowledge \& Skills:
- 8\+ years of experience in integrated marketing and communications, including senior‑level ownership of large‑scale initiatives.
- Solid background in internal and external communications, including media relations and leadership messaging.
- Strong expertise in marketing strategy, audience segmentation, KPIs, and budget management.
