About the Company
CNTXT AI is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across its AI product portfolio, including Munsit. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and product adoption through a mix of performance marketing, content, and product marketing. The ideal candidate has experience in tech, AI, or SaaS environments, and can translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging while delivering measurable growth.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals, driving lead generation, and supporting product marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy \& Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and leads.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and updates.
Demand Generation \& Growth
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through:
- Paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Organic channels (SEO, content, social)
- Optimize campaigns for conversion, CAC, and ROI.
- Collaborate with growth and sales teams to improve lead quality and funnel performance.
Product Marketing (Munsit Focus)
- Develop positioning and messaging for Munsit and other CNTXT products.
- Translate technical AI capabilities into clear value propositions.
- Create product-focused content such as:
- Case studies
- Landing pages
- Sales collateral
- Support product adoption through targeted campaigns and user education.
Content \& Brand
- Lead content strategy, including:
- Blog posts
- Social media
- Thought leadership in AI
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across channels.
- Build CNTXT’s presence as a leader in AI innovation.
Analytics \& Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics
- HubSpot / CRM platforms
- Campaign dashboards
- Monitor key metrics:
- Leads and conversions
- Campaign ROI
- Engagement metrics
- Generate insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product team (for messaging and GTM)
- Growth team (for experimentation and scaling)
- Sales team (for pipeline and enablement)
- Align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5–7\+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI companies.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying technical concepts.
Required Skills
- Experience in AI or deep tech products.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing and funnels.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with growth marketing and experimentation.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
