About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for a portfolio of our clients. This is a role that blends account leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, while also playing an active role in bringing marketing initiatives to life, whether that’s contributing to content, supporting campaign builds, or guiding execution alongside other team members.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leading strategy and rolling up their sleeves to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead account manager for a portfolio of our clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with our clients' business goals
  • Lead campaign planning and collaborate with our internal team (creative, content, digital) to execute effectively
  • Contribute directly to execution as needed, including:
  • Social media management
  • Email marketing
  • Supporting campaign setup

-Assisting with content development and marketing assets

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple client accounts
  • Present strategies, results, and recommendations to clients with confidence
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization

Qualifications

  • 5\+ years of experience in marketing, with some agency experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing client relationships while also contributing to execution
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign delivery
  • Professional social media experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance and reporting tools
