Marketing Manager

Marketing Leader – Orange County, CA (Onsite, Monday–Friday)

We’re partnering with an exciting and growing healthcare organization in Orange County that is hiring a hands-on Marketing Leader to build and own their U.S. marketing function.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with senior executives and truly lead marketing efforts — while having the backing of a large, established global parent company.

Although the U.S. team is lean, the company is supported by a multi-billion-dollar, multi-generational international organization with multiple business units and a strong global footprint. The website infrastructure is already built and core content is in place.

Your role will be to elevate that foundation and drive ongoing growth. The leadership team strongly values in-person collaboration and daily interaction. They want someone who enjoys being in the office, engaging with executives, R\&D, regulatory, and sales — and helping shape direction in real time.

You will be responsible for:

Ongoing website content development and optimization

• Creating new lead-generating content initiatives

• Product positioning and pitch materials

• Trade show and event marketing

• Sales enablement tools and competitive analysis

• Supporting strategy while executing tactically

Initially, you’ll be the only dedicated marketing professional in the U.S., so strong downstream/tactical marketing fundamentals are essential.

The company will teach you the industry and products. What they need is someone who understands marketing execution, can operate independently, and brings initiative and new ideas.

We are especially interested in candidates who have embraced AI tools to increase efficiency and productivity in marketing.

Ideal background:

• Healthcare, medical device, biotech, pharma, or related field

• 4–10 years of experience

• Individual contributor mindset

• Strong communicator with executive presence
