Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Manager to support and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital and brand channels, driving both brand elevation and commercial performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and ultimately driving sales through innovative marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Partner with VP of Digital to translate business objectives into seasonal marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with Creative, PR and Merchandising to ensure cohesive story telling across digital and brand channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising.
  • Guide CRM strategy including the development and execution of referral programs, email/SMS marketing, retention and OOH initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns alongside digital agency, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising to maximize ROI and reach target KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization, including but not limited to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Work with PR to nurture and grow relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and media contacts to amplify our brand message.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and platforms including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
