About the Role
This role has been created to shape and grow our marketing, spanning brand strategy, lifecycle marketing, online experience, social, and customer engagement, as Fleur Studios grows both domestically and internationally.
Reporting to the Directors, you'll take full ownership of marketing strategy and commercial performance, translating brand vision into measurable growth across email, website, and social. You'll balance high-level strategic direction with genuine hands-on execution, personally shaping campaigns while building the systems and team capability to scale.
This role is ideal for a commercially sharp, strategic marketer who takes real ownership of outcomes, thrives on brand storytelling, and has the judgement to know when to lead from the front and when to build through others.

Responsibilities
Strategy \& Commercial Performance
- Own Fleur Studios' marketing strategy across email, website, and social, translating brand and commercial goals into a clear, prioritised plan.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating spend across paid media, tools, and campaigns to maximise return.
- Set KPIs and performance targets across all channels, using data to guide investment and prioritisation decisions.
- Own reporting on marketing performance against sales and revenue targets, identifying the highest-impact opportunities for growth.
International Growth
- Support the marketing strategy for Fleur Studios' growth in the US, adapting brand positioning, campaigns, and customer experience for international audiences.
- Bring an international lens to broader marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns, content, and customer experience translate well beyond Australia.
- Partner with the Directors on international priorities as the market matures, with growing ownership over time.
Brand Marketing
- Partner closely with the Directors on campaign direction, storytelling, and brand expression.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns and product launches.
- Safeguard consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging across every customer touchpoint.
CRM \& Lifecycle Marketing
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy end to end, from segmentation and calendar planning through to hands-on execution of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring retention and revenue targets are consistently met.
- Use customer data to personalise and refine campaigns across DTC and trade/B2B audiences.
- Continuously test, measure, and improve performance across the full customer lifecycle.
Website \& User Experience
- Own website content, merchandising, and UX strategy, ensuring every page is on-brand and built to convert.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve site performance and conversion rate, briefing and coordinating developer or design support as needed.
- Oversee on-page SEO and AI discoverability best practices across the website and content.
- Monitor analytics and translate insights into concrete, prioritised recommendations.
Social Media \& Performance Marketing
- Set social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, translating brand goals into a plan the team can execute against.
- Provide creative direction and feedback on content and campaigns produced by the marketing team.
- Own the paid media relationship with our agency, setting direction and priorities in partnership with the Directors, and holding the agency accountable to performance targets.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the marketing team, setting priorities and building team capability.
- Act as a key point of strategic input for the Directors on all things marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8\+ years of experience in performance, brand, or ecommerce marketing, ideally within a premium, lifestyle, or DTC consumer brand.
- A strong track record of owning marketing performance and driving measurable commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience managing budgets and prioritising spend across channels for maximum return.
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling, paired with genuine hands-on execution capability.
- Confident working with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and performance reporting tools (Profit Peak).
- Experience building, leading, and developing high performing teams.
- Sharp commercial instincts, with the judgement to prioritise ruthlessly and make decisions under ambiguity.
- Experience with or exposure to international or multi-market marketing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone across every brand touchpoint.
- A genuine passion for design, interiors, and culturally relevant brand storytelling.
