We're working with a powerhouse global financial institution influencing nearly 20% of the world's investible assets on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a high-impact marketing leader to drive disruptive growth for our Private Banking and Wealth Technology divisions by leveraging AI-driven insights and sophisticated multi-channel campaigns.

As the VP of Banking and Lending Marketing, you will bridge the gap between financial product innovation and client engagement for UHNW and institutional audiences. This is a high-visibility role where you will own the commercial narrative for private lending solutions and wealth tech platforms, utilizing data-driven strategies to outperform the competitive landscape in the heart of NYC.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for private banking, lending, and wealth technology, specifically targeting UHNW and family office segments.

• Design and execute measurable, large-scale growth campaigns using a client-needs-based approach to drive significant AUM and lending volume.

• Spearhead content curation and digital strategy for the wealth management platform, ensuring high performance across public-facing digital assets.

• Drive competitive intelligence gathering to identify unique market differentiation and pivot strategies based on real-time data and AI tools.

• Collaborate directly with senior business stakeholders and external partners to align creative marketing output with aggressive strategic financial goals.

What You'll Need

• 7-10 years of heavy-hitting marketing experience specifically within Private Banking, Lending, or Wealth Technology sectors.

• Mastery of the Wealth Management product suite, including complex lending structures and institutional banking services.

• Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Excel (data modeling), and PowerPoint for executive-level storytelling.

• Proven track record of leading independent projects in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where attention to detail is non-negotiable.

• Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and drive a collaborative, high-performance culture.
