Manager / Senior Manager, B2B GTM \& Revenue Marketing

Our client is preparing for a significant product launch and is looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer who excels at translating complex offerings into clear go‑to‑market execution, buyer engagement, and measurable pipeline growth.

This role is ideal for a marketer who wants ownership, influence, and the opportunity to build a GTM engine from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.

The Role

You will work closely with senior leadership to manage end-to-end go-to-market programs across pre-launch, launch, and growth phases. You’ll translate strategy into demand generation campaigns, lifecycle marketing, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that drives revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute GTM programs for an upcoming product launch
  • Translate strategy into campaigns, workflows, buyer journeys, and execution milestones
  • Build and optimize HubSpot systems including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and dashboards
  • Develop compelling product marketing assets such as positioning, core messaging, FAQs, one-pagers, and pitch decks
  • Create sales enablement tools that help convert interest into meetings and opportunities
  • Lead demand generation efforts including nurture flows, ABM programs, webinars, and event follow-up
  • Partner with leadership and agencies across paid, earned, and owned channels to align on pipeline goals

About You:

  • 7–10\+ years in

B2B GTM marketing

, demand generation, product marketing, or revenue marketing

  • Strong hands-on experience with

HubSpot

(workflows, segmentation, scoring, reporting)

  • Proven ability to market complex, high-consideration, or multi-stakeholder B2B offerings
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating autonomously within a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, life sciences, data/insights, membership-based businesses, events, or workspace companies
