Job Description
About Hunington
Hunington is a full-service commercial real estate company founded in 1984 and based in Houston, with operations across Texas and the South/Central U.S. For over four decades, we've helped clients protect, enhance, and realize the value of their commercial property investments — combining deep market knowledge with a flat, entrepreneurial structure that lets us move quickly and adapt to changing conditions.
We're entering our next stage of growth, and this role will play a key part in scaling our marketing function to support it — building out sharper brand execution, stronger campaigns, and a marketing team ready to grow alongside the business.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager reports to the VP, Brand \& Communications and leads the marketing function, managing a team of six and serving as the primary point of accountability between strategic brand direction and the work that gets produced. This role owns social media, email marketing, and the design of OMs for the multifamily brokerage team, and sets the team's priorities and direction — partnering closely with the Marketing Coordinator, who runs day-to-day project management and workflow. As Hunington moves into its next stage of growth, this role will be central to scaling marketing operations and output to match the pace of the business.

- Review and approve creative output for tone, accuracy, and brand consistency before it goes out
- Partner with the VP, Brand \& Communications on campaign strategy
