Role

We're looking for a driven, versatile marketer (ideally with 2-8 years of experience) to join Lumina's marketing team and contribute across all areas of the business from growth campaigns and content to community management and performance analytics. You'll work closely with Management and play a meaningful hands-on role in bringing Lumina's debut to life.

Responsibilities

• User Acquisition

: Support pre- and post-launch growth initiatives including waitlists, referral programs, paid advertising, and influencer collaborations.

• Content \& Community

: Help manage and grow social channels, newsletters, and community spaces with consistent, on-brand output.

• Creative Production

: Coordinate with external partners (e.g., video and design agencies) to produce high-quality marketing assets.

• Analytics \& Growth

: Track campaign performance, monitor funnel metrics, and contribute to CAC/LTV optimization with a data-driven mindset.

• Brand \& Positioning

: Contribute to maintaining and evolving a minimalist identity that simplifies and builds trust in prediction markets.

• Collaboration

: Work cross-functionally with product and design to ensure seamless, premium user experiences.
