Overview:
Our client is a global healthcare company dedicated to developing science-driven, high-quality medical solutions. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the strategic and commercial success of assigned products and marketing initiatives across their lifecycle. This role bridges strategy and execution by translating market insights into clear positioning, successful product launches, demand generation programs, and ongoing performance optimization. The position partners cross-functionally to align stakeholders, accelerate growth, and strengthen brand equity.
Responsibilities:
- Own portfolio performance across launch, growth, maturity, and optimization stages.
- Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and product launch execution.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies to accelerate adoption, drive conversions, and reactivate customers.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Create customer-facing marketing materials including digital assets, brochures, videos, and educational content.
- Develop sales enablement tools such as talk tracks, FAQs, objection-handling guides, and competitive resources.
- Support internal sales training and ensure alignment between marketing communications and sales strategy.
- Collaborate on integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and education channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and feedback.
- Serve as a liaison across Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Product teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Support corporate and industry events with branded content and materials.
- Contribute to annual marketing planning and global product alignment initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador through internal communications, training, and external events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–7\+ years of experience in product marketing or product management
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated success leading product launches
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
