This role owns execution across digital campaigns, content strategy, and marketing operations, with a strong focus on pipeline contribution and brand visibility in a professional services environment.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead integrated B2B marketing initiatives aligned with firm-wide growth objectives.

This hybrid position (Philadelphia area) requires close collaboration with firm leadership, internal stakeholders, and outsourced marketing partners. The role demands hands-on ownership of marketing automation, demand generation, content management, and pipeline reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy \& Performance

  • Support execution of strategic growth and go-to-market initiatives
  • Translate business goals into integrated marketing plans with defined KPIs
  • Track performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting to firm leadership

Digital Marketing \& Demand Generation (HubSpot-Led)

  • Own HubSpot as the core marketing and sales platform
  • Manage database growth, segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle management
  • Execute inbound and outbound campaigns (email, landing pages, webinars, paid \& organic initiatives)
  • Optimize funnel performance including MQL-to-SQL conversion
  • Maintain and enhance website and blog
  • Coordinate social media strategy and posting cadence

Content \& Communications

  • Support content publishing, optimization, and site architecture
  • Manage communications calendar and ensure brand consistency
  • Support PR initiatives including press releases, award submissions, and speaking opportunities

Business Development \& Partner Support

  • Maintain accurate marketing and sales pipeline visibility in HubSpot
  • Coordinate webinars, events, and sponsorships end-to-end
  • Conduct prospect and competitive market research
  • Provide HubSpot training and support to executives and internal teams

Ideal Qualifications

  • Strong B2B digital marketing experience (professional services preferred)
  • Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, workflows, reporting)
  • Experience driving measurable demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Strong analytical skills with ROI reporting capability
  • Experience collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
