The Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and creative

Senior Marketing Manager

to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our portfolio, with a primary focus on our Los Angeles \& West Coast market.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build buzz, drive foot traffic, and create cultural moments. You will be responsible for translating brand vision into impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Brand \& Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands and venues
  • Lead seasonal campaigns, launches, and tentpole activations
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand positioning and voice

Content \& Social

  • Oversee social media direction and content strategy across platforms
  • Partner with creative teams to produce best-in-class visual and video content
  • Drive UGC and culturally relevant storytelling

Influencer \& Partnerships

  • Build and manage influencer and VIP relationships
  • Identify and execute strategic partnerships with brands, talent, and tastemakers
  • Concept and execute experiential activations that generate buzz

Performance \& Analytics

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
  • Optimize marketing spend and channel mix to drive measurable results
  • Report insights and recommendations to leadership

Local Market Leadership

  • Own the West Coast marketing calendar and initiatives
  • Work closely with on-the-ground operations teams to drive traffic and guest engagement
  • Ensure each venue maintains strong local relevance and energy

Team Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, design, culinary, and leadership teams
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members and external partners

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8\+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Proven ability to execute high-impact campaigns and events
  • Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and cultural trends
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for design, brand, and storytelling
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong network within Los Angeles (media, influencers, creatives is a plus)
