About the Role
This is an opportunity to step into a key marketing role within a growing construction services organization that is investing in how it shows up in the market. The Marketing Manager will play a central role in executing and refining marketing initiatives that support business development, brand positioning, and overall company growth.
You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and business development teams to bring consistency, creativity, and structure to marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to make a visible impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing initiatives that support business development, client engagement, and brand growth
- Partner with pursuit and operations teams to support proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Manage and enhance the company’s digital presence, including website updates and social media channels
- Develop content such as project profiles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
- Support targeted marketing campaigns aligned with key markets and service lines
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of marketing experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or industrial services
- Experience supporting proposals, pursuits, or business development efforts is highly preferred
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative and team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
