Marketing Manager – Americas (B2B SaaS)

Atlanta, GA/Perimeter Center

We’re excited to partner with a well-established, global B2B software company as they continue to invest in and scale their marketing organization across the Americas. On their behalf, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of regional marketing execution, demand generation, and pipeline contribution.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building, modernizing, and scaling marketing in a growth-oriented, mid-sized environment.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will own and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Americas, working closely with Sales, regional leadership, and a centralized global marketing team. The focus is on driving demand, improving lead quality, and increasing marketing’s impact on revenue, while translating global product and brand strategy into locally relevant programs.

This role also leads a small regional marketing team and plays a key role in shaping how modern, digital-first marketing is executed in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Americas in alignment with global priorities
  • Take clear ownership of demand generation and pipeline contribution for the region
  • Design and run full-funnel campaigns spanning brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue influence
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and velocity
  • Lead digital marketing across web, paid media, social, SEO, and marketing automation
  • Apply modern marketing tools and AI-driven capabilities in a practical, results-focused way
  • Own regional field marketing, events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives with clear ROI
  • Lead and develop a small regional marketing team, bringing structure, focus, and specialization
  • Work effectively within a global, matrixed organization while maintaining strong regional ownership
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, pipeline impact, and ROI

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12\+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or B2B technology marketing
  • Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Proven ability to tie marketing programs directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Prior experience leading or developing a small marketing team
  • Comfortable operating in a global organization with centralized strategy and regional execution
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate under real-world constraints
  • Data-driven and analytical, with comfort using dashboards and performance metrics
  • Curious, modern marketer who actively experiments with new tools, channels, and approaches

Location \& Travel

  • Based in or near Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
  • Occasional travel for customer events, conferences, and internal meetings (approx. 10–15%)
