At Henkel Consumer Brands, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Marketing Professional to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our brands. This role offers the opportunity to lead product launches, execute strategic marketing initiatives, and strengthen brand presence across digital, e-commerce, and retail channels.

O que fará

• Adapt and implement global and regional marketing strategies locally, ensuring strong execution and brand consistency
• Lead and oversee digital, social media, and e-commerce communication, strengthening brand positioning and consumer engagement
• Manage marketing campaigns, product strategy, pricing, and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives
• Support innovation and category development in close collaboration with global and regional teams
• Analyze competitors and market trends to generate insights and support strategic decision-making
• Execute channel strategies and develop tools to support commercial and sales excellence
• Collaborate with external agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing and promotional initiatives effectively

O que faz de ti uma boa opção

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills, comfortable working in an international environment
• Marketing experience, preferably within the beauty or premium consumer goods industry
• Solid Trade Marketing experience, including channel development, growth, and maintenance
• Experience launching new products and driving brand and market share growth
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and execution skills
• Proactive, high-energy, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media
