Marketing Manager - Limassol

**Duties \& Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with the CMO and media buyers to execute user acquisition campaigns across SEO, PPC and paid social channels
• Support the acquisition team in planning and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, churn and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics or similar
• Manage and allocate monthly marketing budgets in line with performance targets
• Oversee content production and landing page optimisation including A/B and multivariate testing
• Ensure all campaigns and creatives comply with relevant advertising regulations across target markets
• Work closely with CRM systems to analyse performance and optimise lifecycle and retention strategies
• Monitor competitor activity, GEO performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within iGaming or fintech environment
• Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, paid social, affiliates or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using performance tracking tools and interpreting campaign data
• Experience with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar) is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lifecycle marketing strategies
• Fluent in English (Spanish or Russian is considered a strong advantage)
• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
