We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale the operational backbone of our marketing function. This is a high-impact role for a technical marketer with deep HubSpot expertise, strong experience with Google Tag Manager, and a proven ability to execute and monitor email campaigns with precision.

This person will own the systems, workflows, tracking, reporting, and automation that keep marketing running efficiently and make growth measurable. It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys building structure, solving technical problems, and improving performance through better systems in a fast-moving startup environment.

About the Role

You’ll own the day-to-day management and long-term optimization of Redy’s email marketing operations function. You’ll ensure our campaign infrastructure, CRM workflows, tracking systems, and email operations are accurate, scalable, and built to support growth.

You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to keep lead flow clean, campaigns running effectively, reporting reliable, and marketing systems helping the team move faster.

What You’ll Own

  • Own Redy’s marketing operations function, including systems, workflows, campaign setup, process improvement, and infrastructure
  • Serve as Redy’s in-house HubSpot expert, managing workflows, automations, forms, lists, segmentation, lead routing, lifecycle stages, campaign tracking, and CRM hygiene
  • Support campaign execution in HubSpot, including emails, landing pages, forms, nurtures, and reporting
  • Own and manage Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate tracking for website behavior, form submissions, conversions, attribution, and funnel activity
  • Manage UTM governance, tags, pixels, and event tracking, while troubleshooting tracking issues and partnering with technical resources as needed
  • Build, schedule, QA, launch, and monitor email campaigns and automated workflows
  • Monitor email performance and deliverability, including opens, clicks, bounce rates, unsubscribes, and engagement
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems for campaign performance, lead flow, funnel metrics, and marketing contribution
  • Ensure data integrity across platforms and turn performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and technical issues across the funnel, and proactively solve them

What We’re Looking For

  • 4\+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, CRM/marketing automation, or a similar technical marketing role
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise required
  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and marketing tracking implementation
  • Proven experience executing, managing, and monitoring email campaigns and automated email programs
  • Strong understanding of CRM structure, lead management, segmentation, attribution, and campaign operations
  • Technical, detail-oriented, and able to bridge strategy with systems execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and building processes in a startup environment
  • Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics and related reporting tools
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing handoff processes in a high-growth environment
  • Experience with lead scoring, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Startup experience, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting a performance-driven team focused on speed, testing, and iteration

This is a remote, full-time, salaried position with a compensation of $100,000-120,000 annually. Redy also offers benefits including full covered premiums for medical, dental and vision insurance; 401k benefits, FSA, and flexible/unlimited PTO.
