MRB / Liaison Engineer – Aerospace (Mechanical)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting aircraft structural and manufacturing issues within a fast-paced aerospace production environment. You will work in a team-oriented setting to resolve engineering problems, improve production processes, and ensure delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Support MRB activities including dispositions, concessions, and engineering reviews
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve production issues
• Analyze 2D drawings, CAD models, and engineering data to support decisions
• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing and assembly processes
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and production organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or liaison engineering preferred
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
