Looking for a strong Mechanical Engineer to join a growing MEP consulting firm in Manhattan. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with 4\+ years of HVAC design experience who wants to work on large-scale commercial, aviation, mission-critical, and data center projects.

Requirements:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 4\+ years of MEP consulting experience
• HVAC design experience including VRF, VAV, and DOAS systems
• Experience with load calculations, equipment selection, and energy modeling
• Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code, Energy Code, and industry standards
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with construction administration, RFIs, submittal reviews, and consultant coordination
• FE/EIT preferred; PE track encouraged
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC systems for commercial, institutional, aviation, and mission-critical facilities
• Prepare calculations, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Support permitting, construction administration, and field activities
• Manage project deliverables and maintain project schedules
