Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team as a
Mechanical Piping Superintendent
supporting the construction of a major ambulatory care and dental facility. This full-time opportunity offers a salary range of $120,000-$160,000, along with an exceptional benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, 401(k), and paid time off.
This role requires relocation to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. While assigned on the island, employees receive company-sponsored housing for themselves and eligible dependents, utilities covered by the company, a company vehicle, and quarterly paid travel back home. Employees may also qualify for favorable foreign income exclusion tax benefits. Candidates must possess a valid passport. The position may begin stateside before deployment to Guantanamo Bay in Summer 2026\.

Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned construction professional to oversee mechanical and hydronic piping operations on complex commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) projects. This individual will supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining project timelines.
In this leadership role, you will partner with project management teams to coordinate installations, track materials, and support successful field operations across demanding construction environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address field issues are essential to keeping work progressing on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience serving as a Piping Superintendent or Foreman on military, government, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects valued at $5M-$10M\+
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a journeyman-level mechanical pipefitter
- Knowledge of hydronic systems, underground piping, boilers, chillers, and project turnover
- Current OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications required or ability to obtain
- EM-385 certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Previous experience working with in active hospitals or healthcare facilities is strongly preferred
