Are you an experienced laboratory professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a

Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist (Chemistry)

to bring advanced technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to a high‑complexity clinical lab environment.

In this role, you’ll:

✅ Perform and oversee complex analytical testing using advanced methodologies

✅ Lead calibration, QC, troubleshooting, and instrument performance

✅ Support test development \& validation for new assays

✅ Manage specimen workflow, documentation, and compliance

✅ Collaborate with clinicians, staff, and technical vendors

✅ Help drive quality, accuracy, and operational excellence across the lab

What You Bring:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field

🔹 3–5\+ years of clinical lab experience

🔹 National certification (ASCP, AAB, or AMT)

🔹 Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills

🔹 Ability to lead processes and uphold high standards in a fast-paced setting
