Knits and/or Wovens

who can bring innovative ideas, commercial awareness, and strong execution skills to our men’s assortment.

We are open to candidates at the

Designer, Manager, or Director level

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Mens Ready-to-Wear collections across Knits and/or Wovens, aligning with brand vision and seasonal direction.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production teams to deliver product that meets design, quality, and cost standards.
• Research market trends, fabric innovations, and competitor assortments to ensure the brand stays at the forefront of menswear.
• Create detailed tech packs, sketches, and design boards to communicate vision clearly to cross-functional partners and vendors.
• Partner with the sourcing and production teams to ensure timely product execution and delivery.
• Contribute fresh ideas and strategic thinking to strengthen the menswear business and support ongoing category expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven RTW design experience, preferably within both Knits and Wovens categories.
• Strong eye for trend, fit, and construction, with the ability to translate market insights into commercial product.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills and leadership potential (depending on level).
