Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Mid-level Full Stack Developer to support ATS and our government customer. The position is remote.

The Mid-level Full-Stack Developer is an integral component of a team supporting a federal client’s IT modernization effort of both Operations \& Maintenance bug fix triage support and Maintenance \& Development, Modernization \& Enhancements to an integral IT System. This position would be responsible for Development and maintenance of the new application and its services. Responsibilities could include all aspects of the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and deployment. This position is in a team environment and involves collaboration with and supporting other team members.
The ideal candidate is a team player with proven Subject Matter Expertise (SME) experience as a Mid-level Full-Stack Developer. Below are the qualifications for this role:
Essential Functions, Responsibilities \& Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Design, develop \& maintain cloud functionalities via Spring STS, VS Code, Angular, Typescript technologies.
- Develop and maintain web services using REST, JSON, or similar protocols.
- Develop database scripts to address data issues and/or maintenance of the application database.
- Design and develop applications using Agile development and Scrum framework.
- Track and manage code changes using GitLab or a similar source control tool.
- Perform unit/local, peer, and integration tests of product functionality following testing processes or procedures.
- Provide testing support: create and/or execute test plans and test cases.
- Perform Business Analyst duties working with the business to capture and refine user stories.
- Research problems discovered by QA or the support team and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business leaders and other stakeholders on business requirements.
- Collaborate with dev team to develop and deliver solutions timely to the business.
- Recommend solutions to improve new and existing functions and features.
- Perform a full range of programming and database support.
- Develop and revise existing programs and technical documentation.
- Find creative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to confidently communicate and interact with federal government personnel, including providing daily development updates and demonstrations.
- Ensure a positive and professional Federal client service experience.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities:
- 3\+ years demonstrated experience developing web applications.
- 3\+ years demonstrated experience developing cloud applications using Java.
- 3\+ years demonstrated experience using SQL and developing database objects.
- 3\+ years demonstrated experience developing integration with other applications or systems.
- Experience with MuleSoft, JBoss, MS SQL Server, GitLab, JIRA, SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience with SQL/T-SQL and data warehouse
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Proficient in Object Oriented Design and Development.
- Proficient with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, jQuery, Angular, Node.js and latest front-end web technologies.
- Strong problem solving \& analytical skills, working and communicating in a team environment.
- Analytical, detail oriented, \& translate functional requirements using advanced technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks
- Experience and knowledge in software development lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Federal consulting
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related
