Key Responsibilities

  • Create impactful content and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage communication campaigns and coordinate with internal teams and external media partners.
  • Develop and execute corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support brand storytelling initiatives to enhance Mitchell’s brand image and reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive communication.
  • Manage media relations and handle corporate communications during key events and announcements.
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Education

Qualifications \& Experience:

  • Degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, English, or Journalism.

Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Skills \& Competencies

  • Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing communication campaigns.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external media partners.
  • Understanding of brand messaging and corporate reputation management.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant communication tools and software.
