Who You Are
As National Account Manager - Natural, at Recess, you will lead sales strategy and execution across the Natural Channel as well as managing the Recess KEHE \& UNFI business. You will focus on building strong customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and expanding Recess’s footprint across the Natural Channel. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to deliver results while cultivating long-term partnerships. This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver against volume, revenue, and market share targets
- Manage KEHE \& UNFI business
- Work with brokers on natural channel planning to increase ACV, quality distribution, programing \& promotional planning
- Manage trade and promotional budgets, ensuring spend is efficient and aligned to goals
- Build and present decks for Recess products, create \& manage broker presentation decks
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers and senior account stakeholders
- Manage P\&L for slotting, promotions, and other customer-related expenses
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (finance, marketing, supply chain) to execute account plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the drug channel
- Provide accurate, timely reporting on promotional schedules and customer activit
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3\+ years of CPG sales experience
- Experience working with Natural Accounts, Kehe, UNFI \& Brokers
- Strong knowledge of CPG sales processes and promotional planning
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Engaging presentation and communication skills
- Strong financial literacy with the ability to manage trade budgets and P\&L
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
