National Sales Manager

The Turf Factory is a U.S.-based synthetic turf manufacturer scaling rapidly across commercial, landscape, and sports markets. We specialize in high-performance turf systems, custom manufacturing, and direct-to-job-site fulfillment nationwide.

We are actively expanding our national footprint through strategic partnerships, distribution, and private-label manufacturing - and are building a sales organization capable of dominating market share.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-level sales leader who can do more than manage - someone who can bring relationships, close deals, and build a national sales engine.

This role is for someone currently producing at a high level (or capable of it) who wants:

• More control
• Better margins
• Faster fulfillment
• A real platform to scale revenue

What You’ll Do

• Bring and develop strategic contractor, installer, and construction relationships
• Close large-volume turf deals (commercial \+ sports \+ distribution)
• Build and optimize a scalable national sales process
• Recruit and develop additional high-performing sales reps (optional but valuable)
• Work directly with leadership to expand into new markets and verticals
• Help position The Turf Factory as a go-to manufacturing partner nationwide

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record generating $1M\+ annually in sales (minimum)
• Strong existing relationships in construction, turf, or related industries
• Ability to both sell and think strategically
• Self-starter - not someone who needs handholding
• Experience scaling or building sales systems is a major plus
