Who we are
We are a team that designs and develops high-performance AI semiconductors, including NPUs and SoCs, for autonomous driving and robotics applications within Hyundai Motor Group.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage the development schedule, objectives, and quality of NPU, SoC semiconductors, while driving development projects to ensure successful in-house semiconductor development. You will also resolve project issues and provide the necessary support throughout the development process.
To ensure the smooth execution of development projects funded through national R\&D programs, you will collaborate with private-sector and government organizations and lead project execution in accordance with applicable requirements and procedures.
■ NPU, SoC Development Project Management
- Managing autonomous driving NPU and SoC development programs
- Establish project schedules, monitor progress, and manage project execution
- Manage key development milestones and stage-gate reviews
- Consolidate and resolve project issues
■ National R\&D Project Execution
- Managing government-funded R\&D programs
- Manage and evaluate quantitative performance targets
- Conduct progress reviews
■ Communication with External Development Partners
- Managing external development partners

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or another related engineering field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor development, program management (PM), or technology planning
- Experience in managing development programs, including one or more of the following: goal setting, schedule management, development performance measurement, quality management, or commercialization-related issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Digital Circuit Design or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in semiconductor development, program management (PM), or technology planning
- Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)
- Experience in managing automotive Application Processor development programs, particularly in autonomous driving and infotainment systems
- Experience participating in government-funded R\&D programs as a Principal Investigator (PI) or key project contributor
