This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about preventive, functional, and holistic health, patient education, and expanding their impact beyond traditional clinical settings while developing a proven additional income stream.

As a 1099 professional, you will educate and engage individuals on wellness-focused nutraceutical solutions, including XenaGen™, designed to support energy, recovery, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate individuals and communities on wellness and nutraceutical support
• Promote Xenadigm’s product, XenaGen™ in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner
• Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and healthcare professionals
• Use your clinical background to support informed, quality improvement product discussions to promote XenaGen™
• Participate in training, mentorship, and team development
• Utilize social media, networking, and outreach to grow your client base
• Track and manage your own sales activity and client engagement
• Build and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable healthcare guidelines

Qualifications

• Active NP, RN, LVN/LPN, or healthcare-related background preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Interest in wellness, preventative care, functional, and holistic health

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience in patient care (any specialty)
• Experience in education, coaching, sales, or client engagement
• Interest in integrative or holistic health
• Previous sales or business experience is a plus, but not required

Independent Contractor Details (1099)

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not W-2 employment)
• You will operate as an independent business representative
• Responsible for your own:
• Taxes
• Schedule
• Business expenses
• No guaranteed salary; income is performance-based with bottom-line expectations

Compensation

• Commission-based earnings (uncapped)
