Nurse Practitioner

to provide wound care services to patients in skilled nursing and longterm care facilities across the Kewanee region. If you value autonomy, stability, and the chance to grow your clinical skills, this role is a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Provide wound assessments, treatments, and followup care in partnered facilities
• Collaborate with facility nursing staff and physicians
• Document visits accurately in our streamlined EMR
• Participate in careplan development and qualityimprovement initiatives
• Deliver compassionate, patientcentered care to a diverse geriatric population

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Illinois
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Passion for serving seniors and improving patient outcomes
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between facilities
