Nurse Practitioner - Full Time Regional Traveler

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting adult and geriatric health assessments, reviewing medical history, medications, and social factors
• Administering and ordering point-of-care and lab testing
• Collaborating with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers
• Providing patient education and follow-up, often at members' homes or facilities

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent with NP licensure and prescriptive authority
• Board certification in relevant specialties (e.g., Adult Gerontology, Family, Emergency)
• At least 1 year of NP experience, current BLS/ACLS or CPR certification
• Ability to travel extensively, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
