while partnering closely with the

Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine

to ensure exceptional resident care, operational excellence, and stewardship of this remarkable community.

• Proven Executive Director or Nursing Home Administrator leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills
