Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Home Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Virginia
• Proven leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
