Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Home Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Virginia
- Proven leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
