Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
to lead our skilled nursing community.

What You’ll Do
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations while promoting clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and a positive resident experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Lead, develop, and support department leaders and team members.
- Promote a culture centered around quality care, teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
- Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care and quality outcomes.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and overall facility performance.
- Support employee recruitment, retention, engagement, and professional development.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the surrounding community.
- Lead with visibility, professionalism, integrity, and a hands-on approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Virginia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
- Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care setting.
- Strong understanding of federal and Virginia healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care and creating a positive workplace culture.
