What You Will Do

• Architect and deploy advanced multi-modal AI systems capable of conducting 27-minute nuanced voice conversations with users.
• Design personality modeling frameworks that translate intimate conversational data into highly compatible, real-world romantic introductions.
• Collaborate directly with founders to iterate on matchmaking algorithms that prioritize deep human connection over traditional engagement metrics.

The ideal candidate

• Must have direct experience as a current or former engineer at OpenAI, possessing deep familiarity with frontier model deployment and optimization.
• Demonstrates a high-caliber "Apple-grade" craft in engineering, with the ability to operate autonomously in a small, fast-paced San Francisco studio.
• Passionate about applying large-scale conversational AI to solve the loneliness epidemic and broken dynamics of modern consumer dating apps.
