This role will work closely with frontline teams to understand day-to-day workflows, identify operational needs, help translate those needs into clear requirements for technical teams, and support the rollout of solutions into production. The ideal candidate is organized, practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working between operations and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with manufacturing and treatment planning teams to understand workflows, pain points, and process gaps
  • Gather and document business and operational requirements for software and hardware solutions
  • Partner with software, hardware, and technical teams to communicate requirements and clarify expected outcomes
  • Help coordinate solution development, testing, pilot programs, and deployment activities
  • Participate in hands-on testing of new tools, devices, and software features in real operating environments
  • Support implementation of new systems and process improvements in production
  • Monitor how solutions perform after rollout and gather feedback from end users
  • Track issues, document findings, and work with technical teams to drive fixes and improvements
  • Help develop process documentation, test plans, SOP inputs, training materials, and deployment checklists
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve throughput, quality, visibility, and operational efficiency
  • Support cross-functional communication between operations, engineering, and leadership teams

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in business, engineering, operations, industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2\+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, manufacturing support, systems implementation, or a similar role
  • Strong ability to gather requirements and document processes clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working directly with both operational and technical teams
  • Ability to test workflows, identify issues, and follow through on open items
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and general business software tools

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, dental technology, or treatment planning operations
  • Familiarity with production workflows, quality processes, barcode or tracking systems, or internal operational tools
  • Experience supporting software rollouts, process changes, or system implementations
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, or basic data analysis

What Success Looks Like

  • Operational needs are clearly understood and well documented
  • Technical teams receive practical, actionable requirements
  • New tools and processes are tested and deployed smoothly
  • Issues are identified quickly and resolved effectively
  • Manufacturing and treatment planning teams see measurable improvements in daily operations
