Operations Manager

As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to lead project delivery and oversee a team, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality standards on-site.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, site teams and regulatory authorities.

• Ensure full compliance with all respective standards, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior civil engineers and site teams.

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and resolve technical issues as they arise.

• Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and progress updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience, with 3\+ years in a project lead or supervisory role.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Registration with IEM shall be advantageous.
