Operations Manager – Auto and Property Claims Services

Compensation:

up to $110,000 base

Overview:

A privately held National Claim Solutions company is looking for an

Operations Manager

to take full ownership of operations, overseeing daily execution, team management, process improvements, and client service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, understands field operations and claims processes (auto or property), and can create structure and efficiency in a growing business. The Operations Manager will lead the business toward high performance, consistently delivering fast and reliable service, high-quality field and office work, steady and scalable revenue, and excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all daily operations and ensure service delivery meets standards.
  • Manage workflow, resources, and operational processes across all teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement, quality, and efficiency in every department.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance with a focus on revenue, margins, and net income.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for operations—team productivity, close rates, callbacks, customer satisfaction, job profitability, and more.
  • Partner with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and long-term business goals.
  • Oversee sales processes, client onboarding, and business growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering team alignment and accountability.
  • Improve internal systems, automation, and SOPs to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Track and report performance metrics to leadership, driving informed decisions.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for key clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness.
  • Maintain readiness to scale operations during peak periods or high-demand projects.

Experience Requirements:

  • 7–10\+ years in operations leadership, ideally in: Insurance claims (auto or property), field inspections, restoration, repair, or appraisal services, high-volume service delivery
  • Proven experience managing distributed teams
  • Skilled with Salesforce, workflow automation, and KPI-driven management
  • Track record of scaling small to mid-size teams
  • Comfortable being hands-on to establish strong operational foundations
