Founded in 2024, Nameless Ventures partners directly with Venture Capital firms and HNWI's to help hire for some of the region’s fastest-growing tech startups from the ground up. The companies we work with are backed, ambitious, and scaling quickly and, typically, ones you've not heard of... Yet.

Now we’re looking for someone to become the operational heartbeat of the company.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting recruitment and operational workflows.
• Assisting with finance and admin tasks (including raising invoices and chasing payments).
• Coordinating events, socials and activities (both internal and external).
• Supporting marketing and brand initiatives.
• Helping improve internal business processes and data cleanliness.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Recruitment, real estate, sales support or fast-paced commercial environments.
• Experience in general business administration/operations.
• Experience with invoicing, finance admin (including payroll) and client support.
• Experience (or a strong interest) in leading the execution of a marketing/content strategy.
• CRM management and operational coordination.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone proactive, trustworthy, organised and eager to grow with the business.

💰 What we offer:

• 10,000 – 15,000 AED per month (depending on experience).
• Quarterly performance based bonus scheme.
• An extra 500 AED per month to cover your parking/transport costs.
• 30 days annual leave.
• 3 days WFH per week (the other 2 days from our office in JLT).
