Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. This role oversees daily security operations, including scheduling and supervising security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high service standards across client sites. The Operations Manager coordinates with clients to understand their security needs, implements project management best practices, and monitors performance metrics to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing incident response procedures, optimizing operational processes, collaborating with leadership on resource planning, and supporting training and development initiatives for security staff. The role also involves regular reporting on operational outcomes, risk assessments, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably within corporate or physical security environments.
• Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and workforce scheduling.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures and process improvements.
• Solid understanding of security industry practices, compliance standards, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfort with using digital tools and systems for reporting, documentation, and incident tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience managing multi-site operations or working with external vendors is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area and occasionally travel to client locations as needed.
