Own the operating cadence and scoreboard

• Run a weekly Ops leadership rhythm (KPIs, priorities, commitments, follow-through)
• Build clarity and accountability using simple, visible metrics
• Partner with our Business Analyst on KPIs (labor efficiency, job costing variance, schedule attainment, quality/callbacks, equipment uptime, safety)

Operational leadership across divisions (field credible, not a firefighter)

• Oversee daily execution across divisions, scheduling, planning, and resource allocation
• Keep work on time and on budget, strengthen planning and handoffs for complex installs (outdoor living and pools)
• Be in the field enough to coach/audit/remove bottlenecks, especially early on, without living in reactive dispatching

Build systems that scale (Lean and standard work)

• Standardize and sustain core production systems (handoffs, load-out, kickoff, QC, closeout)
• Embed practical 5S in yard/shop/trucks with audits and ownership
• Reduce rework and chaos through discipline and training (no over-complication)

Lead leaders and develop the bench (culture carrier)

• Build trust with crews and existing leaders
• Coach and hold accountable managers and frontline leaders
• Improve cross-team collaboration and reinforce high standards with humility (no heavy-handed leadership)

Tech-enabled efficiency

• Drive disciplined adoption of software and automation
• Use automation, AI, and virtual assistants to reduce admin load and eliminate waste
• Improve visibility so issues get solved early and at the right level
